I promise I’m not pooping
lied this one is particularly bad. So bad that any outside stimuli make it worse. Like loud noises or really any sensations at all that aren’t sight and smell.
Hard to explain, but I hope it makes sense. It’s bad enough that I’ve begun to salivate in preparation for an emetic response. I won’t let that happen, but it has before. Usually only when I’m truly very very sick.
I shouldn’t be like that this time. Hopefully I won’t wake in the night with it ailing me.
